Information Related to Paid Diagnostic Engagements

If you engage Frankly Inspired and Associates, LLC for a Formation Readiness, Grant Readiness, or Institutional Durability Diagnostic, the information involved is broader than a general website inquiry, and is handled differently.

For the Grant Readiness Diagnostic specifically, the Financial Health dimension is scored using your organization's IRS Form 990 filings, retrieved from ProPublica's public Nonprofit Explorer database and the IRS's public e-file data. These are publicly available records, not documents you need to submit to us.

For all three diagnostics, you may also choose to share additional organizational materials directly with us to support scoring and evidence review, for example governance policies, board materials, financial statements, or strategic plans. This is shared at your discretion, outside the general website inquiry form, typically by email or a shared file link agreed on during the engagement.

Information you share for a diagnostic is used only to complete that diagnostic: scoring, the written findings memo, and the readout session. It is not sold, and it is not reused for an unrelated engagement without your knowledge.

We retain diagnostic engagement records, including scoring inputs, the findings memo, and related correspondence, for seven years after the engagement concludes, consistent with standard recordkeeping practice for professional services and financial-related engagements. Within that window, you may request that we delete source materials you shared, such as financial statements, board materials, or governance documents, once the engagement concludes; we will retain only what we reasonably need to keep for that period.
